By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You enter into any agreements directly with third-party providers.

  2. N.B.C.I.G is not responsible for:

    • Payment disputes

    • Service performance

    • Pricing or contractual terms between client and provider

  3. All decisions and contractual obligations are your sole responsibility.

5. No Financial Intermediation

N.B.C.I.G:

  • Does not collect, hold, or process client funds

  • Does not issue invoices on behalf of providers

  • Does not act as a payment processor, escrow, or guarantor

All payments are made directly between clients and providers. N.B.C.I.G is expressly discharged from any liability regarding such payments.
