4. Client Acknowledgements

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You enter into any agreements directly with third-party providers.
N.B.C.I.G is not responsible for:
- Payment disputes
- Service performance
- Pricing or contractual terms between client and provider
All decisions and contractual obligations are your sole responsibility.

5. No Financial Intermediation

N.B.C.I.G:

Does not collect, hold, or process client funds
Does not issue invoices on behalf of providers
Does not act as a payment processor, escrow, or guarantor

All payments are made directly between clients and providers. N.B.C.I.G is expressly discharged from any liability regarding such payments.

6. Fees

Where applicable, N.B.C.I.G may charge consulting or facilitation fees under separate agreements.

Unless explicitly stated:

N.B.C.I.G does not manage or receive payments for third-party services
Clients and providers are fully responsible for payment arrangements

7. Provider Independence

All third-party providers are independent entities.

N.B.C.I.G does not:

Guarantee the quality, legality, or timeliness of services
Supervise or control providers
Act as an agent, employer, or partner of any provider

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under French law:

N.B.C.I.G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of third-party services.
N.B.C.I.G’s liability for any direct damages related to consulting services shall be limited to the total fees paid to N.B.C.I.G.
Clients release N.B.C.I.G from any claims relating to agreements with third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and materials provided by N.B.C.I.G are the exclusive property of the Company.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

N.B.C.I.G undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any business or sensitive information exchanged in connection with our services, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.

11. Termination

N.B.C.I.G reserves the right to:

Refuse or terminate access to its services at its discretion
Suspend services in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, or legal requirements
